Ich würde gerne mein Zimmer im St.Elisabeth-Wohnheim (Nördliche Stadtmauerstr. 22, 91054 Erlangen) vom 15. Juni bis 31. August untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist in etwa 17qm groß und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und gemeinsame Küche.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 245€.(exclusiv TV, also muss man selbst monatlich 18€ mehr zum TV zahlen) Das Kation beträgt 490€ (doppelt so hoch wie die Miete).
Im Allgemeinen ist es eine gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe von Kaufland (3 Minuten zu Fuß), dem Bahnhof (10 Minuten zu Fuß, 4 Minuten mit dem Bus) und dem Stadtzentrum (10 Minuten zu Fuß).

I would like to sublet my room in St.Elisabeth-Wohnheim (Nördliche Stadtmauerstr. 22, 91054 Erlangen), from the 15th of June to the 31st of August. The room is approximately 17 m2 and has its own bathroom and a shared kitchen.
The rent is 245€ (excluding the TV, which should be paid monthly by you and costs 18€ per month). The deposit is 490€ (twice as high as the rent).
In general, it's a well located, very close to Kaufland (3 minutes walking), the train station (10 minutes walking, 4 minutes by bus), and the city center (10 minutes walking).
