Die Erdgeschoß Wohnung hat seperaten Eingang. Statt eines "gewöhnlichen" quadratischen Grundschnittes weist sie einen Wohnbereich als auch eine kleine Schlafnische auf. Darüber hinaus besitzt die Wohnung ein eigenes Bad und eine separate Küche (durch eine Tür getrennt), was das Kochen sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Wohnungsgröße ist ca 40m und gibt‘s eventuell eine Verlängerung doch werde ich mitte April Bescheid geben. Deutsche Sprache ist ein muss, da der Eigentümer keine andre Sprachen spricht.
