Ich suche für meine gemütliche und helle 1-Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung ab 15.02.2015 einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 30 qm, getrennte Küche (mit EBK gegen Ablöse inkl. Einbauherd mit Cerankochfeld und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) und Bad (mit Dusche und Platz für Waschmaschine).
Die Miete in Höhe von 320 € ist inklusive Nebenkosten, dazu kommt lediglich nach individuellem Verbrauch Strom und Gas für die Heizung.
Der Garten hinter dem Haus kann von allen Mietern gemeinsam genutzt werden und ist im Sommer mit Sitzgruppe und Grill ausgestattet; weiterhin sind Fahrradständer und Keller für alle nutzbar.
Ideale Lage in der Erlanger Innenstadt - trotzdem kein Verkehrslärm, da in der Seitenstraße:
* Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen direkt um die Ecke
* ca. 500 m bis zum Audimax
* wenige Minuten bis in die Fußgängerzone/Schlossgarten/Bahnhof
