I would like to rent my flat from late August or early September this year. The apartment is newly furnished with a bed (160*200), a table, a closet, some chairs and cabinet.
You have your own bathroom and a small kitchen with two burners and a refrigerator, as well as a kitchen wall cabinet. In the basement, there is a storage room for you and a shared washing room where you have to pay one or two euros each time.
The flat is available from late August or early September 2017 and the minimum rental period is 8 months (from Sep. 2017 to Apr.2018) and extension is possible.
The flat is in Henkestr. 69. It is within five-minute walking distance to Aldi or Netto where you could buy your food or other things. There are several buses just in front of the building and it takes you 3-5 minutes to the city center, the trainstation and the Uni.
