The room has 20 sqm living space, has friendly and modern style. It comes fully furnished with bed linen, flat screen TV and WLan. The bathroom/WC and the kitchen with dishes, silverware, microwave, water cooker and personal fridge are being shared with the neighboring room. On the first upper floor there is a washing machine which can be used free of charge by the tenants.
The small property at Wöhrstraße 1 (91054 Erlangen) has a total of seven furnished studios. The listed building is a renovated landmark building and is centrally located in the city centre with excellent bus connections and close to the railway station. Shops, restaurants, bars, theatres, clinics and university faculties are within walking distance. Directly on Martin-Luther-Platz with all buses and within walking distance of all downtown destinations.
In the bathroom on the first floor there is a washing machine, which can be used free of charge by the tenants.
The sanitary rooms and the staircase are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. These costs as well as the Wlan are also included in the rent. Costs for final cleaning upon moving out are being charged at actuals, normally around € 70 (on time charge).
