The room has a size of 18 qm and is located in a student residence. It has a big window. The flat is fully furnished. You will find a fitted kitchen, built-in cupboard, bed, desk, chair & closet. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and a toilet. Concerning the ancillary costs you pay a flat rate, which means you can heat as much as you want and you pay no extra fee. In the ancillary costs the monthly fee for the internet is included, which means there are no hidden costs.
The following inventory is still in the apartment: desk, chair, bed with new mattress, shelf, closet, cable router.

Das Zimmer ist um die 18 qm groß und befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim. Es hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche und einen Einbauschrank. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Hinsichtlich Nebenkosten zahlt ihr eine Pauschale, könnt also so viel heizen wie ihr wollt und zahlt keinen Aufschlag. In den Nebenkosten ist auch der monatliche Beitrag für das Internet enthalten, auch hier kommen also keine weiteren Kosten auf euch zu.
Folgendes Inventar ist noch in der Wohnung: Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bett mit neuer Matratze, Regal, Schrank, Cable-Router.

The flat has a really good location. Its situated in the city center of Erlangen, with the mall, lots of bars and restaurants as well as shopping possibilities close by.
Arcaden, Norma, Rewe, dm, Bäcker, Metzgerei are in walking distance.
Also the main train station is in walking distance of about 5 minutes.
The different faculties of the university are reachable by bike or with the bus.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist äußerst praktisch, denn sie liegt direkt im Zentrum. Um die Ecke ist Erlangens große Shoppingmall und die Fußgängerzone mit vielen weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bars und Restaurants.
Arcaden, Norma, Rewe, dm, Bäcker, Metzgerei sind somit in Laufnähe.
Der Hauptbahnhof, von welchem Züge in alle möglichen Richtungen fahren ist in ca. 5 Min erreichbar. Auch die unterschiedlichen Fakultäten der Uni sind mit dem Rad oder dem Bus nicht weit entfernt
You will have really nice neighbours which are all open to cook dinner together or have some beers in the city center. There is also a shared area, with chairs and couches.
The whole house is cleaned from a cleaning lady on a regular basis, so you don’t need to take care of that.
In the basement there are also washing machines which you can use.

Eure Nachbarn sind beide sehr liebe Studenten, mit denen man sich, wie auch mit allen anderen, gerne mal zusammensetzt, kocht, diskutiert, Geschichten erzählt und das tägliche Leben teilt. Dazu besteht auch ein Gemeinschaftsraum, der über Sofas und Bestuhlung, sowie mehrere Tische verfügt, in dem man das Ganze auch einmal im größeren Rahmen organisieren kann.
Selbstverständlich wird die Wohnanlage von einem Hausmeisterservice immer sauber gehalten, ihr müsst euch also um nichts kümmern.
Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit einen Autostellplatz in der Tiefgarage anzumieten. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
