I am an American student who will be working at the university from 15 May-15 August 2015 and am looking for a furnished flat within walking distance (~20 minutes) of the university (particularly Henkestraße 42). An apartment downtown would suit me best. The maximum I could pay for rent and utilities would be 380 euro/month. Thank you for your help!
