Hello,
My name is Hassan Ahmed, enrolled in the 1st semester of Artificial Intelligence at FAU Erlangen. I am a Data Scientist and usually work remotely. I belong to a metropolitan city Karachi of Pakistan and will be arriving Germany on 1st June, 2022. Being a football and marvel fan, my hobbies include watching a lot of football matches, movies and series. I also like to play video games and travel to different places. I am a very hygienic person and wants everything to be in place and clean.
I have few questions:
1- Is Anmeldung (City registration) available on the contract? (Because it is necessary for me to open everything)
2- How would you like the amount to be transferred?
3- Can we have a video call in which you can show me the apartment as well as we can discuss the agreement?
4- How long the contract length will be?
5- Is it furnished?
6- Can my friend who is living in Erlangen visit it before signing the contract?
