Searching for accomodation in Erlangen

Hi,
My name is Halldór and I am a 27-year-old PhD student from Iceland studying Biomaterials. I am moving to Erlangen in December and looking for a small single-room apartment or shared accommodation.
A lot of my time will be spent in University and studying, but in my free time, I like to exercise (gym, running and football), read, listen to music, go to pubs and do activities with friends. I am a positive, down-to-earth, relaxed person but also social and open to meeting new people.
I'm a very hygienic person and like to have my spaces clean and tidy. In shared accommodation, I would prefer my roommates to be similar in that sense. I like to cook, a lot of Italian food these days (for the past year I have been living in Italy).
