ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin (möbliert) für meine Wohnung. Sie ist ab dem 1. März frei und bis Ende September verfügbar.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 570 Euro, inklusive , Internet und GEZ
(!!! Öko-Stromvertrag ist da, monatlich 80Euro dazu)
Die Wohnung liegt in Essen-Süd. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. Der Südbahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Tramlinie 105 ebenfalls. Das Moltkeviertel erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
