An IT Professional looking for an Apartment

I'm an Indian male, aged 30 & non-smoker. I'm currently in Essen till end of November & require a one bedroom apartment. I'm here for an IT project with RWE.

The apartment should be more than 35m2 & should be located within 10km from the RWE Essen office. The apartment should have a bed, kitchen, toilet / bathroom with the basic furnishings / fittings. I can manage with a shared washing machine, but the availability is important.
