Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Esslingen in der Strohstr. ab 1.08.2011.
Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. REWE und PENNY MARKT sind in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett (120x200 cm), Schränke, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Satellitenschüssel mit Receiver, Doppelkochplatte, Teller, Tassen, Gläser) und müsste auch so gegen eine Ablöse von 500 Euro übernommen werden.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 180 Euro zzgl. 30 Euro Nebenkostenvorauszahlung für Wasser und Heizung.
