I got to move to another city due to my job, and that's why I got to leave this cozy and fancy 1.5 rooms apartment.
The status of the room is very good, as it is newly renovated, and the window is thick enough to isolate the room from noise, heat, and coldness.
There is also a washing room with washing machines, dry machines and public area of clothes hanging in the basement. in the bathroom, there is, unfortunately, no room for wash machine.
The Landlord wishes to rent this room just to 1 person.
The room is 5-10 minutes walking distance to the old town of Esslingen, and 13 minutes to the Esslingen main train station. In less than 5 minutes distance you can find all the facilities you need, such as supermarket, fitness studio, swimming pool and bus station.
The rent already includes the additional cost (Nebenkosten), i.e. the heating fee, the cleaning of the stairs and public with one storage room in the basement and A PARKING SPACE (50€ as included in the sonstige kosten) in the parking lot.
