Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine große 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in der Bauer Landstraße im 1. OG eines sehr ruhigen Hauses. Sie hat 50 qm und besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit Bettnische, einem hellen Badezimmer, Abstellraum, Küche (Kühlschrank, Spüle, Herd sind vorhanden) und Flur. Außerdem habt ihr einen großen Balkon (ca.5x3m) auf dem ihr ab ca
. 12.00 Uhr die Sonne genießen könnt. Ein Parkplatz steht euch auf dem Hof zur Verfügung, da ist immer genug Platz. Ein Kellerraum gehört auch zur Wohnung. Im Waschkeller sind Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine und –Trockner vorhanden. In der Wohnung sind aber auch eigene Anschlüsse.
Die Wohnung kostet 390,00€ warm und ist ab Ende August frei!
