Suche Nachmieter zum 01.03.2013 für mein 1-Zimmer-Appartement. Dieses ist bereits möbliert und hat eine Kochnische (siehe Bilder). Das Badezimmer sowie die Toilette wird mit 2 Nachbarn geteilt, jedoch ist es noch nie vorgekommen, dass man warten musste um zu duschen oder sonstiges. Man ist sogut wie immer ungestört. Putzmittel, Staubsauger etc. werden von der Hausverwaltung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ruhige, sehr zentrale Lage. Zur Uni/FH sind es 5 min zu Fuß, zum Bahnhof 10 min, in die Stadt 5 min. Buslinien 7, 10, 11, 3 (Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke). Einkaufen kann man am schnellsten bei Lidl/Aldi direkt am Hafermarkt.
Der TV-Anschluss kann für 5 Euro mtl. von der Hausverwaltung erworben werden.
Zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner sind in einem Waschraum im EG vorhanden und rund um die Uhr nutzbar.
