Hello everybody!
I´m leaving for holidays for a whole month and that´s why I´m renting my wonderful and sweet appartment during this period.
It is a 1-room appartment, built only 2 years ago and with a really comfortable kitchen, a nice balcony, a big bathroom and everything you need such as a big TV, a double bed, a couch, a working table, spacious fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with a drying option.
It is a really warm appartment with floor heating and the location couldn´t be better. It is also very good isolated and a whole wall is a window, giving the appartment a spacious feeling, something really important in a small flat.
If you are interested, please send me a message (you can also write me in german) and tell me a little bit about you (what brings you to frankfurt, why do you need an appartment, what you do for a living etc).

The appartment is 2 minutes walk from the central station "Willy-Brandt.Platz", 5 minutes walk to "Hauptwache", where most S-bahn drive by and 10 minutes walk to the main station "Hauptbahnhof".
It is also just beside the river, perfect if you like going for a run or just have a nice walk.
Of course, and since it is very central, there are many supermarkets nearby, as well as clubs, bars and restaurants.
Since I´m only leaving for one month, almost all my things will be there. Of course you´ll be free to use all cleaning stuff, towels, sheets and so on. I´ll also make sure to make some space in the cupboards so that you can feel at home during the month.
To get in a couple of days earlier or leave a couple of days later would also be possible.
