Die Wohnung ist ca 30 m² groß, unterteilt in Wohnbereich, Küche und Bad. Das Zimmer besitzt ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt. Sie liegt im 6. Stock des Mehrfamilienhauses und hat einen Aufzug. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Lautstärke kein Problem, da gut isolierte Fenster angebracht wurden.
Die Küche besteht aus einer Pantrie, abgetrennt vom Wohnbereich.
Die Wohnung könnte nicht zentraler liegen, zu Fuß sind es gerade mal 1 min zum hbf und zum Willy-Brandt Platz knapp 5 min. Ansonsten fährt die Tram auch direkt vor der Haustür (21,11,16..).
Die Münchener Straße ist sehr belebt und bietet daher viele Einkausmöglichkeiten und gute Bars in naher Umgebung. Restaurants, Kiosks und Wasch Saloons sind quasi um die Ecke.
Zu Fuß sind es ebenfalls 5 min zum Mainufer.
Wichtig ist das die Wohnung nur befristet zur Verfügung stehen wird (Ende des Jahres).
