Hi, I am searching for a new tenant of my flat at Yugo - Alvarium in Bockenheim. You will have your own fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout.
Yugo - Alvarium is a private housing facility for students. It features a fitness rom, cinema room as well as a large rooftop terrace. You can wash your clothes against a small fee in the washing room in the building. Downstairs, there is a reception, that is occupied from monday to friday. The staff there is very friendly and is always happy to answer your questions. As well, they accept your parcels, which you then can pick up at the reception, which is very convenient.
The flat is located in Bockenheim. Directly in front of the building is a bus station, as well as a tram station. You reach the underground station "Bockenheimer Warte" and the train station "Frankfurt (West)" within 5-10 minutes by foot. This means you have various options to use public transport. You can reach the city center within 10-15 minutes, and all the large universities (University of applied sciences; Frankfurt School; Goethe University -Campus Westend) within 15 minutes.
The apartment building is located near the "Leipziger Straße", where you find many cafes, restaurants and stores. Several super markets are located within walking distance of Alvarium.

For the further steps, I will then give your contact details to the Alvarium office, which will then conduct the final steps in the rental process. In order to rent the apartment, you have to enrolled at a university and need a valid visa. The rent is all-inclusive which means there a no further costs, besides a 150 Euro booking fee. Also included in the price is internet access.
Important: You have to be enrolled at a university for the time of living there to be eligible to rent the flat!
