Bright room in at the end of Leipzigerstrasse, bockenheim!

Hello,
since I do not speak German very well please excuse me using English!

Since I am moving to the Netherlands I am offering my current apartment starting the 15rd of April.
It's a very bright room (5 windows in the south wall!) located in Bockenheim at the end of the Leipzigerstrasse.

Nearby you have a REWE that's open until 24.00, a Penny, an Aldi and a big Lidl. And of course all the other shops located on the leipzigerstrasse.
If you're travelling by public transport there's the U-bahn station Kirchplatz (U6/U7) on a two minute walk and several busstations nearby.

I will leave the place furnished with the following:
bed (with a pretty new mattress), big closet, plastic chair, desk,

sofa that turns into a bed, very comfy deskchair, small table, chair, cabinet/tv stand, some dishes and utensils, broom, microwave, standing lamp, toaster, water cooker, clothes-rack, and a bicycle!

All I ask for this is 80 Euro. The first four items apart from the new mattress are part of the apartment, though.
I also have another sofa which I dragged in from the street but I'll dump it unless you want it. You can decide when you come view the apartment.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, oven, microwave, cooker hood and electric cooking plates.

Other points of interest are the Grunebergpark, a really good/cheap pizzeria on the Adalbertstrasse (da Cimino), the S-bahn station Westbahnhof where there's also a really good Thai, the university and NordWestZentrum (20 min. by bike).
