Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete im Studentenwohnheim

Ich biete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim zur Zwischenmiete an. Der Zeitraum ist 1.09.2011 – 31.01.2012, ggf. länger. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Internetanschluss (im Preis enthalten). Da das Wohnheim von außen gründlich renoviert wird, beträgt die Miete voraussichtlich bis Ende November lediglich 96,25 Euro. Nach dem Abschluss der Arbeiten erhöht sich aber die Miete wieder auf 192,50 Euro. Die Preissenkung kompensiert die Tatsache, dass es manchmal Tagsüber zu erhöhter Lärmbelastung kommt. I am offering a single room in dormitory for the period from 1.09.2011 until at least 31.01.2012. The room is furnished, with Internet connection included in the price. Due to outside renovation of the dormitory, the rental fee will remain at the level of 96,25 Euro probably until the end of November. The cost cut compensates for the fact, that at some days there is an increased noise caused by the renovations. After the end of renovation the rental cost will return to its initial level, i.e. 196 Euro.
