The rental object is a one-room apartment with a convenient room layout situated in the heart of Bockenheim. The furnished apartment is offered to be rented against an installment payment of 2800 € from July 19th, 2014.

Die Lage der Wohnung könnte kaum besser sein. in 100m Entfernung liegt bereits die Leipziger Straße mit einer Vielzahl von Supermärkten, Drogerien, Apotheken, Feinkostläden, etc., sprich für den täglichen Bedarf bedarf es nicht mehr als max. 5 min Fussweg.
Auch der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Die Straßenbahnlinie 16 ist bereits nach 3min Fußweg, die U-Bahn Linien U4, U6 und U7 nach ca. 7min Fussweg erreichbar. Darüber hinaus ist auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle Frankfurt Westbahnhof und weitere Buslinien nicht weit entfernt.

The location of the apartment is optimal because of the near shopping street Leipziger Straße, which offers numerous supermarkets, drugstores, delicatessen stores etc.. Therefore, running daily errands does not need more time than 5 minutes by foot, covering the short distance of only 100 meters.
Besides that, there is an excellent connection to public transport. You can reach the tramline 16 in 3 minutes by foot and the underground lines U4, U6 and U7 in ca. 7 minutes. On top of that, the station of the rapid-transit railway named Frankfurt Westbahnhof and further bus lines are close to the apartment.
