Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und liegt im Herzen von Frankfurt Bockenheim, nur 1 Fußminute von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Leipziger Straße entfernt.
Alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete (650 Euro / monatlich) enthalten. Ebenso ein Internet- und Kabel-TV Anschluss. Lediglich die ARD Rundfunkgebühren trägt der Mieter.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, komplett neu renoviert, inkl. neuem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und -brett und Wischmob für die Reinigung sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Bei Interesse können verschiedene Reinigungspakete gebucht werden.
Die minimale Mietdauer beträgt 3 Monate.

The apartment is fully furnished and is located in the heart of Frankfurt Bockenheim, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station Leipziger Straße.
All utilities are included in the rent (670 Euro / monthly). Also an Internet and cable TV connection. Only the ARD broadcasting fees are borne by the tenant (17,50€ per month).
The apartment is a non smoking apartment, completely renovated, incl. new bathroom with shower. vaccum cleaner, iron & stand and mob for cleaning are also available!
If interested, you can also book varius cleaning packages!
The minimum rental period is 3 months.
