Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Bad, eine integrierte Küche, Wifi und alles was man für den Alltag braucht.
Die Waschmaschine im Keller kann mitgenutzt werden. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Penny und die Haltestellen der Buslinie 34 und der Tram 16.
Der Mietpreis von 400€ bezieht sich auf den kompletten Zeitraum vom 27. Februar bis zum 31. März und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 300€. Beide Beträge müssen vorab bar gezahlt werden.

you can rent my full furnished apartment from 27. February till 31. March in the dormitory Ginnheimer Landstraße 40. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, wifi and all you need for everyday life. The washing machine in the basement can also be used. We have a grocery (Penny), bus stop 32 and tram stop 16 close by.
The rental charge of 400€ refers to the complete timescale from 27.2 to 31.3 and includes all additional costs.
The deposit is 300€. Both must be paid in advance in cash.
