- relativ große Küche zum Sitzen
- 18m² Schlaf-Wohnzimmer
Verständlicherweise sind mir Vertrauen und Sympathie wichtig, weil ich euch ja meine Wohnung mit all meinen privaten und mir lieben Sachen überlasse. Deshalb wünsche ich mir, dass ihr ein paar Sätze zu euch schreibt (Wer seid ihr? Was macht ihr? Warum sucht ihr? Interessen?).
Die Wohnung ist zentral, ruhig und gemütlich und ein guter Ort zum Abhängen und Runterkommen. Falls ihr für den Zeitraum eine Zwischenmiete sucht, meldet euch hier bei Wg-gesucht oder unter mit eurer Handynummer. Dann können wir telefonieren und ihr kommt vorbei.

Alle Läden, die ihr zum Leben braucht, gibt es in Laufnähe: Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Alnatura, DM, Reformhaus, Feinkostläden, Apotheken etc. Außerdem gibt es viele kleine Lebensmittel-,Obst- und Gemüseläden und gute Bäckereien um die Ecke sowie kleine Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse und Kneipen. Es ist eine sehr belebte und gemütliche Ecke in Frankfurt!

There are many grocery stores in walking distance: Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Alnatura, DM, Reformhaus, Delis, farmacies etc. You also find many small shops with fresh fruits&vegetables and fine bakerys, sweet cafés, restaurants, takeaways and pubs just around the corner.
