2018 neu renovierte Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung (unmobiliert) im 43 qm mit einem Balkon und einem Abstellraum

Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung aus, die von der Firma Deutsche Wohnen vermietet wird, und suche jemanden, der die Wohnung sofort für mindestens ein Jahr übernimmt. Der Vertrag würde auf Sie übertragen und Sie könnten unbefristet darin wohnen bleiben oder den Vertrag nach einem Jahr kündigen.

Die Wohnung ist 43 Quadratmeter groß und wurde kürzlich renoviert, bevor ich 2018 einzog. Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert, verfügt aber über einen hochmodernen Backofen und eine Geschirrspülmaschine, siehe beigefügte Fotos. Die Wartung und der Service der Wohnung ist großartig, da die Deutsche Wohnen einen technischen Drittanbieter namens B&O zur Verfügung stellt, der sicherstellt, dass alles auf Ihren Wunsch und nur dort, wo es anwendbar ist, repariert wird.

Die Wohnung steht ab sofort zur Vermietung zur Verfügung.

I am moving out of my apartment which is leased by the company Deutsche Wohnen and I am looking for someone to take over the apartment immediately for atleast a year. The contract would be transferred to you and you would be able to stay in it for an unlimited time period or cancel the contract after one year.

The apartment is 43 Square meters and was recently renovated before I moved in in 2018. The apartment is unfurnished but has a state of the art oven and dishwasher, see attached photos. The maintenance and service of the apartment is great as Deutsche Wohnen provides a third party technical vendor called B&O whom make sure that everything is fixed upon your request and only where applicable.

The apartment is available for rent immediately.
