Wichtig: Kann nur an immatrikulierte Studenten vermietet werden. An welcher Uni man immatrikuliert ist spielt dabei keine Rolle.
Ein eigenes abgeschlossenes und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment im 3. Stock (und mit Blick in den ruhigen Hinterhof!) mit Bett und Matratze (neue), Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Esstisch und Hocker, Kochnische mit zwei Ceran-Kochfeldern, Mikrowelle, Spüle und Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, großem Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Fußbodenheizung sowie jeder Menge Einbauschränke, Regale und Kleiderschränke und natürlich Beleuchtung.
Wasser und Strom sind bereits inkludiert in 609 Euro monatlich– ebenso wie WiFi.

Fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a bed and mattress (new), desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and floor heating together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. It is located at the 3rd floor with a very nice view at the calm back yard.
Water, electricity and WiFi are included in 609 Euro monthly rent.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Frankfurter Stadtteil Bockenheim – den Highlights der Stadt extrem nah. In nur wenigen Minuten läufst Du ins Szeneviertel, Leipziger Straße“ oder zum Campus Bockenheim der Goethe-Universität. Auch alle anderen Hochschulen erreichst Du Dank hervorragender Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel innerhalb kürzester Zeit.
Die Straßenbahn 16, Busse M32 und M36 sind direkt vor der Haustür (auch in der Nacht). Mit einem 5 minütigen Fußweg erreicht man Westbahnhof und die U-Bahnen U4, U6 und U7, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, dm, Penny usw.
The apartment is centrally located in the district of Frankfurt Bockenheim – extremely close to the highlights of the city. Walk to the trendy district "Leipziger Straße" or to the campus Bockenheim of Goethe University. All other Frankfurt universities are also easily accessible, thanks to excellent links to public transport.
Tram 16, buses M32 and M36 are right in front of the main entrance (also available at night). West railway station Frankfurt, underground lines U4, U6 and U7 are in 5 minutes on foot as well as shops Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, dm, Penny.
