Ich bin 3 Monate auf Reisen und vermiete meine schöne zentrale, 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für diese Zeit. Sie ist 39qm groß, nett eingerichtet und hat ein großes Zimmer und separat Küche und Bad. Großer Balkon ist auch da, aber im Winter wahrscheinlich nicht so nutzbar. Das Haus ist 2001 gebaut, hat nette Mieter und liegt in einer angenehmen Gegend.
Die Wohnung liegt im Sandweg, parallel zur Berger Straße zwischen Höhenstraße und Merianplatz. U4 oder Straßenbahn 14 jeweils ca 7 min zu Fuß. Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. alles um die Ecke - Berger Straße halt ;) Zur Innenstadt kann man laufen (ca. 15 min.) oder mit der U-Bahn fahren (eine Station). Nett ist auch der Wochenmarkt in Bornheim Mitte ca. 10 min zu Fuß.
Da ich Ende Dezember schon losdüse, wäre eine Übergabe kurz vor oder nach Weihnachten fantastisch. Du könntest also schon Silvester in Frankfurt feiern!
Und noch toller wäre, wenn meine Pflanzen bei meiner Rückkehr auch noch lebten :)
