Da ich für mind. 3 Monate (mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung) ins Ausland gehe, suche ich jemanden, dem ich meine wunderschöne Wohnung vom 15.5.2016 bis zum 15.8.2016 mindestens anvertrauen könnte.
Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig und ideal gelegen. Sie hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 33qm (inkl. einer geräumigen, separaten Küche), Parkett Boden und ist voll eingerichtet (mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, aber ohne Fernseher;)
Das Bad ist klein, bietet jedoch genügend Stauraum und Tageslicht.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Bornheims, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße der beliebten Berger Straße. Diese bietet zahlreiche Restaurants und gemütliche Bars, einen Wochenmarkt und viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ohne dabei zu überfüllt oder überteuert zu sein.
Der nächste Nahkauf ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie die ubahn Station. Den nächsten Bäcker findet man gleich am Ende der Straße und in etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man gleich zwei herrliche Parks die sowohl zum Sporteln, als auch zum feiern oder entspannten Sonnenbaden einladen.

Dem Vermieter ist es außerdem wichtig, dass du über geregeltes Einkommen oder eine Bürgschaft der Eltern verfügst und haftpflichtversichert bist.
Entsprechende Nachweise wären bei der Wohnungsbesichtigung am besten gleich mitzubringen.
Eine wichtige Anmerkung noch zum Ende hin: da ich selber Nichtraucher bin, suche ich auch einen nicht rauchenden Zwischenmieter, wie du sicher verstehen kannst:)
I am subletting my 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bornheim from 15 May 2016 until at least 15 August 2016. There is a possibility that I might stay away longer, in which case you could stay until 15 March 2017.
The spacey and bright kitchen is separate from the bedroom and fully equipped, as well as the rest of the apartment, which also gets a lot of day light and is situated in a very calm street next to the legendary Berger Straße.
The Berger Straße offers endless possibilities for grabbing a bite, going out for drinks or doing some (grocery) shopping. There are two beautiful parks nearby and public transit within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
If you are interested, please do send me an email telling me a little bit about yourself and your work/living situation.
You should have a steady income or someone who will vouch for you and have a liability insurance. This is a one person flat, so the apartment will only be rented out to one person.
Please note that the apartment is available to non smokers only.
