Ich vermiete mein tolles Apartment von Anfang Mai 2015 bis Ende August 2015. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen in der Bergerstraße (Nähe Merianplatz) – eine der gemütlichsten und beliebtesten Straßen in Frankfurt am Main.

28m² Wohn-/Schlafraum, 4m² Küche, 6m² Bad, 2m² Flur und ein klasse 12m² Balkon (Südost-Seite) mit Blick auf die Skyline von FFM.
Der Wohn-/Schlafbereich ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und besitzt große Fenster, so dass die Wohnung insgesamt sehr hell ist.
Ich vermiete das Apartment vollmöbliert: siehe Fotos (z.B. Doppelbett, Ess-/Schreibtisch mit vier Stühlen). Schnelles W-LAN ist vorhanden.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller und können mit Münzen genutzt werden.
Miete
Die Rente beträgt alles inklusive 750 Euro. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
Nachbarschaft
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Theater, Parks, U-Bahnstationen und in 5 Minuten bist du in der Innenstadt („Zeil“) oder am Main.
