1-Zimmer Wohnung in Eschborn bei Frankfurt

I am looking for a Nachmieter from 16.09. It is in a nice house of 12 families. It looks to the Garten side, so it is very quiet. It contains a hallway with built-in wardrobe, a big living/bedroom with 2 big windows, a small open kitchen and a bathroom with window and bathtub. There is a Rewe in 2 minutes walk, a Rewe city around 5 minutes. Eschborn Rathaus is also in 5 minutes. To S Bahn Station is around 8 minutes, where you can take S3 and S4 (every 15 minutes) to go to Frankfurt central station in 15 minutes. There is also a possibility to rent your own garage (20€??), but you have to check the availability with the landlord. The flat was painted white last year.

The current rent is 420€ warm, but it could be raised. The flat will not be furnished, but the kitchen is provided by the landlord and included in the rent. 2 washing machines are available in the cellar. You have your own electricity socket. There is also a possibility to put your own washing machine there.
