Liebe WG Suchende und Wohnungssuchende, die Wohnung bei mir gegenüber wird frei und da ich mir einen Nachbarn wünsche, der Lust hat ab und an zsm Tee zu trinken, habe ich meinen Vermietern angeboten, mich um den Nachmieter zu kümmern. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine 23 qm2 große, mega gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung, bestehend aus einer netten Küche (ca. 8 qm2) in die ein kleiner Esstisch passt und eine Wohnstube (ca 12 qm2), sowie ein 3 qm2 großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und 2 kleinen Badfenstern - Wohnstube und Küche haben natürlich auch Fenster - gen Westen. Ich würde gerne neben einer Frau/diverse in meinem Alter (26-33) wohnen, einfach weil ich damit bessere Erfahrungen gemacht hab in der Vergangenheit - sorry guys.. Waschmaschine habe ich - und können wir gerne teil, sie steht in nem Mini Zimmer zum Hof raus ;).
Hi guys, the appartment opposite (will be unfurnished!) of mine will be free sometime in feb and since I am looking to live next to someone sympathic whom I will get along well, I volunteered to search someone for my landlord. I am Looking for someone my age (26-33), preferably femal/diverse. The place is 23 qm2, but separated well into a small kitchen which fits a table and a nice bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower that has the Benefit of 2 Windows (other Rooms also have Windows of course ;). You can share my washine machine which is in a little room outside my appartment.. but in the house.
Die Bude ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie zum Hof rausgeht und trotzdem extrem gut angebunden. Vom Rödelheimer Bahnhof geht's mit der S-Bahn Linie 3, 4 und 5 in 10 min zum Hbf. Um die Ecke sind große Rewe und Teguts, sowie Biosupermarkt, nette Cafés und Restaurants und ein paar Geschäfte. 5-10 min zu Fuss liegt die Nidda.
The appartment is in a quiet Yard in a busy street super close to supermarkets, cafes, Restaurants, Little Shops and public Transportation (bus/s-Trains). Also 5-10 min away is the Nidda stream and a nice park.
Hey, ich bin Saskia, 29 Jahre alt und wohne in der gegenüber liegenden Bude. Habe mich mit meinem alten Nachbarn sehr gut verstanden und würde mich über einen Nachmieter freuen, der/die auch Lust hat sich ab und an mal zu einer Tasse Tee (oder Kaffee) zu treffen, ansonsten hat jeder aber natürlich seine eigene Wohnung.
