Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad sowie eine eigene Küche (mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowellen-Backofen), ein Bett (1,20m), Tisch, 2 Hocker, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bad, Sideboard, Gardarobe (siehe Bilder; Website).
Das Fizz verfügt über einen Waschraum mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, einen Fitnessraum, mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume mit Fernsehern, einen Fahrradkeller und eine Tiefgarage. Außerdem gibt es eine große Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline.
In das Appartment können sowohl Studenten als auch Young Professionals einziehen. Ebenso dürfen auch gerne Internationals hier einziehen.

I would like to sublet my 1-room apartment from 01.September 2020 to 31.October 2020. There is an option to extend the contract.
The room is fully furnished and has its own bathroom and kitchen (with refrigerator and microwave oven), a bed (1,20m), table, 2 stools, desk, desk chair, bathroom, sideboard, cloakroom (see pictures; website).
The Fizz has a laundry room with several washing machines and dryers, a fitness room, several common rooms with televisions, a bicycle cellar and an underground car park. There is also a large roof terrace with a view of the Frankfurt skyline.
Both students and young professionals can move in. Internationals are also welcome to move in.
Das Fizz befindet sich im Gallus. Die Bahnstation (Tram) erreicht man in 1 Minute zu Fuß. Auch das Mainufer ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi in unmittelbarer Nähe (unter anderem ein Penny direkt im Haus) sowie Restaurants und Bars.
Das Appartement befindet sich im 3. Stock, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.
The fizz is located in the area Gallus. The train station (tram) can be reached in 1 minute by foot. Also the Main can be reached quickly by bike. In addition, there are numerous grocery stores like Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi in the immediate surrounding (including a penny directly in the house) as well as restaurants and bars.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, a lift is available.
