Hey everyone,
I am subletting a fully furnished studio room. It is a part of the Urbanum city complex in Gallus. I am leaving the room because I found another flat in Frankfurt long-term. My contract in this room is ending on 23/09/2020, so the room is available between August 1 and September 23. It is perfect for people who are looking for a temporary place as the room is fully furnished and ready to go while you look for a long term option. One caveat: you HAVE TO BE A STUDENT to rent this room.
Description of the room:
The room is around 19 m2 and has a private bathroom with a great shower, sink, and toilet. The room also has a small kitchen with two stoves, a microwave, and a small fridge. There is a big wardrobe with a lot of space for your clothing as well as quite a lot of shelves in the room. A double bed, two chairs, and two tables come with the room for sleeping and studying/working purposes.
Description of the building:
There is staff 24/7 available to fix any problems you may have. There is an elevator, a nice terrace on the roof equipped with benches, tables, and chairs. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement that residents can use as well as parking space for cars and bikes.
Public Transportation and the Surrounding Area:
The building is 2 mins walking distance to the Galluswarte S-Bahn. It takes 5-10 mins to go to the city center (Hauptwache/Konstablerwache) with the S-Bahn. There is also a Penny supermarket 2 mins walking distance and quite a few cafes and restaurants close by. In front of the Penny, there are also trams that you can take to go to the different parts of the city.

The price is 700 Euros per month, everything included (heat, electricity, internet, etc.). I am looking for 2100 Euros of Kaution, which is how much I paid as a guarantee. I can give a discount on the rent perhaps, but the deposit is pretty strict. The building has a strict policy about how the room should be left after a contract is over. That is, no damages, everything clean, etc.
