I am giving my room in The Fizz Frankfurt to someone else because I will move out. The room is available from March until the end of August. The room is on the 3rd floor, southern facing. The apartment is fully furnished and everything is working perfectly. The price and the deposit is really good compared to the actual price in the Fizz website. You will be paying less because you are taking over my agreement that I have signed before. The room is one of the best rooms in The Fizz Frankfurt. It faces the autopark area, that's why there is zero (0) noise, there is total silence. The windows directly get the sunlight, that's why the room is very bright. In the cold days the room is always warm. When it gets the sunlight there is no need to turn on the radiators.
The Fizz only accepts students and interns as a subtenant. If you are a young professional that is also negotiable.
