Ab dem 1.3. wird mein möbliertes Apartment im Gallus frei. Es hat 33qm und verfügt über einen Balkon. Sämtliche Nebenkosten sind inklusive (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet) und es wird sich um alles gekümmert:-) In dem Zimmer gibt es eine Küche, einen Schreibtisch, einen kleinen Essbereich, ein Sofa, Regale, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein Bett (140cm). Zudem gibt es ein hübsches Bad mit Dusche. Alles ist sehr neu und gepflegt, da das Haus erst 2015 fertiggestellt wurde.
Das Apartment liegt im 6. Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Es handelt sich NICHT um ein Studentenwohnheim. Die Miete beträgt 905€ all in. Euer Nettoeinkommen sollte bei mindestens 1800€ monatlich liegen. Falls ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir gerne und schreibt doch bitte 2-3 Sätze über euch.
Die Wohnung liegt im Gallus, Haltestelle Schwalbacherstr (10 min bis zum Hbf), gute Autobahnanbindung, Apotheke, Rewe, etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar.
