In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, LIDL etc.) und sogar einen Penny direkt im Haus. Außerdem findet ihr dort eine ganze Menge Restaurants und Imbissläden, aber auch Ärzte und eben alles was man so braucht.
Zur S-Bahn (Galluswarte) sind es etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg von dort kommt ihr schnell in die Innenstadt (eine Haltestelle bis zum Hbf). Direkt vor der
Haustüre liegt zudem eine Tramhaltestelle (Linie 11 und 21).
In der Wohnung steht auch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung, die Küche besteht aus einer Herdplatte, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle.
