zum 1. Oktober wird unser vollmöbliertes und topmodernes Apartment im Gallusviertel frei!
Es eignet sich sowohl für einzelne Mieter als auch Paare.
Die Wohnung überzeugt vor allem durch die moderne Einrichtung, ein sehr einladendes Schlafzimmer und eine hervorragende Anbindung an S-Bahn (7 Minuten zu Fuß) und Tram (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Wohnung ist bereits komplett ausgestattet, sodass keine eigenen Möbel oder andere Einrichtungsstücke mitgebracht werden müssen. Es muss keine Abstandszahlung geleistet werden, da das Inventar dem Vermieter gehört.
Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock und sticht vor allem dank des neu verlegten (2016) Laminats und des riesigen Spiegelschranks sofort ins Auge. Wer gerne kocht findet in der Pentry Küche genügend Möglichkeiten, andernfalls gibt es eine Vielzahl an (kulinarisch sehr unterschiedlichen) Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Internet ist in der Pauschalmiete bereits mitinbegriffen. Strom wird zusätzlich abgerechnet, hierfür haben wir monatlich je nach Verbrauch zwischen 30 und 40€ gezahlt.

Hi,
our very modern and fully furnitured apartment will be available by the 1st of October. It is located on the first floor and comes with a very open and big bedroom, The apartment is very clean and suits both singles and couples.
All the inventory belongs to the landlord, hence everything necessary is already here and there is no additional payment needed.
Internet is already included, electricity will be charged additionally and depends on your individual consumption - we paid 30-40€ per month for two persons.
Both S-Bahn and Tram are within reach (7 minutes, 2 minutes respectively by foot)
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im aufstrebenden Gallusviertel. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Rewe. Darüber hinaus ist in unittelbarer Nähe (10m) ein sehr guter Italiener und ein hervorragendes japanisches Restaurant, in dem wir dank des guten Essens inzwischen wohl als Stammkunden zählen.
Auch alles weitere wie Rossmann, Bank- und Postfilialen, Reingungen, etc ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Located in the middle of Gallus, the apartment is within close proximity of a variety of stores such as Rewe, Rossmann, bank and post offices and laundry places. In addition to that, a number of culinary different restaurants are very close.
Both the central station and downtown can be reached easily by car or public transport.

Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt 3 Monate. Der Vermieter möchte zur eigenen Sicherheit einen Gehaltsnachweis in Form eines Arbeits- oder Praktikumsvertrages sehen. Ich bin derzeit Praktikantin und mein Freund hat als Student nur einen Aushilfsjob, das war für den Vermieter aber vollkommen okay!
Bei Interesse bitte per E-Mail melden, sodass wir einen zeitnahen Besuchstermin planen können. Ich habe fast immer abends unter der Woche Zeit, zusätzlich sind Termine auch am Wochenende möglich. Vielen Dank!
