CENTRALLY LOCATED 1 BEDROOM SINGLE APARTMENT IN FRANKFURT FOR RENT from 1st of October 2021!

Hallo Leute,

Ich werde zum 01.10.21 aus meiner 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Frankfurt Griesheim ausziehen und suche daher einen neue/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist 28 m2 groß und hat einen Balkon mit separater Küche und einem Kelleranteil. Es gibt keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss in der Wohnung. Jedoch gibt es einen Waschsalon in der Nähe (Nied Kirche). Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Griesheim und hat zwei türkische Supermärkte um die Ecke. Die Tram Haltestelle ist in 2 min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt 1 Station vom Griesheim Center entfernt, wo es ein Rewe, TEDI etc. gibt. Des Weiteren gibt es in der Nähe Restaurants, Cafe`s und Parks. Der Main ist in 10-15 min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Stadt kann in 20 min via erreicht werden. Die näherste S-Bahn-Station wäre Bahnhof Griesheim oder Galluswarte.

Der aktuelle Mietpreis liegt derzeit bei 446 € warm. Hier kommen folgende Kosten wie Strom und Gas dazu. Des Weiteren würde ich meine Möbel für einen fairen Abschlagspreis an dem zukünftigen Mieter/in verkaufen. Dazu wäre es gut, wenn mein derzeitiger Internetvertrag mit übernommen werden kann. Anbei die Liste der Preise:

Warmmiete: 446 € (Kaltmiete: 316 € und Nebenkosten/Betriebskosten: 130 €)
Kaution: 820 €
Strom: Derzeit 20 € (je nach Verbauch)
Gas: Derzeit 20 € (je nach Verbauch)
Internetvertrag: 25 € (Vodafone bis 01.03.22)
Möbel: 200 € (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schuhregal, Drucker, Nachttisch)

Voraussetzung für die Anmietung der Wohnung ist, dass der/die Nachmieter/in entweder Student/in ist oder in der Ausbildung. Die Wohnung ist nur für EINE Person gedacht. Bitte nur Anfragen stellen, falls dies zutrifft.

Dear all,

I will move out from my current apartment on the 1st of October 2021. Therefore, I am looking for a new tenant starting from the 1st of October. The apartment is 28 m2 big and has a balcony and a separate kitchen room. A basement is included in the contract. There is no laundry machine in the flat. The next closest one is in Nied Kirche (5 min by Tram). The apartment is centrally located in Griesheim. There are Turkish market next to the building. You can reach the tram station within 2 minutes by foot. There is a center one station away, where Rewe, TEDI, etc. is located. Moreover, there are restaurants, café, parks and close to the apartment located. You can reach the main in 10-15 min by foot. The nearest S-bahn stations are in Griesheim Bahnhof and Galluswarte.

The actual rent price is 446 €. Here there are some addition costs like electricity and gas. In addition, I would like to sell my furniture to the next tenant. Moreover, it would be great if the tenant can overtake my current internet contract. Here, summarizes the price list:

Total rent costs: 446 € (basic cost: 316 € & additional costs 130 €)
Deposit: 820 €
Electricity: Currently 20 € (based on usage)
Gas: Currently 20 € (based on usage)
Internet contract: 25 € (Vodafone expiry date: 1th of March 2022)
Furniture: 200 € (Bed, office desk, shoe closet, printer, bed desks)


IMPORTANT!
