One Room apartment is very wide and spacious with a bright interior thanks to the wide windows. The apartment is located in a highly friendly block where mainly students and young professionals are dwelling. There are many events happening during the year which helps to get to know your neighbors. In the Apartment there is your own bath which is very luxury and comfortable, and your own kitchen which is very compact and useful. In the building there are washing machines in the wash bar and a very nice coffee shop at the entrance. Neighbors are so friendly and it is very quiet and enjoyable place to stay. High-speed internet, heating, water electricity everything is included in the amount.

Die U-Bahn Linie U2 ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dieser kommt man in weniger als 15 Minuten zur Holzhausenstraße (Uni-Campus Westend) und in etwa 16 Minuten ist man an der Hauptwache. Der Campus Riedberg ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr ruhige Lage trotz direkter Autobahnanbindung.
In etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man eine Apotheke und eine Postfiliale in der Merton-Allee, sowie zwei Restaurants. Außerdem in ähnlicher Entfernung ein Aldi (aber auch per U-Bahn erreichbar.)

The location is very easy to access by U bahn (U2) 3-4 minutes by walk to Riedwiese/mertonviertel station. There are also bus stations very near in case of necessity which also goes to Northwest centrum a very nice Shopping mall very near. There are many Grocery opportunities which is the best thing to have I think, because there are Penny, ALDI and LIDL in the walking distance. There is also a passage near Merton’s passage which has Thai, Italian and many restaurants with nice caffes.
