ich suche eine Nachfolgerin für mein Wohnheimzimmer in Frankfurt Höchst. Es ist auch für Nicht-Studenten geöffnet, da es sich um ein städtisches Wohnheim handelt. Also ideal für Praktikanten oder Leute die kruzfristig eine Bleibe suchen. Natürlich ist es auch für Studenten geöffnet. Ich habe gerne dort gewohnt, es ist alles da was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Das Wohnheim ist sehr sauber und ein eigenes Bad zu haben macht die Sache attraktiv.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Höchst. Zum Bus sind es 5 min. zur S-Bahnhaltestelle 10 min. In die Innenstadt mit der S-Bahn sind es auch nur 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem fahrrad prima zu erreichen aber auch zu fuß machbar.
Mein Vertrag würde Ende Oktober auslaufen. Ihr könnt das Zimmer also kurzfristig für einen Monat mieten oder selber einen unbefristeten Vertrag abschließen, oder für 2 oder 3 Monate. Je nachdem wie es beliebt.
