Untermiete / Sublet Nordend Frankfurt (Mai)

Hallo! Da ich beruflich im Ausland bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung ab Endde April bis Anfang Juni untervermieten. Strom, Gas, Internet usw. sind alles inklusive in der monatlichen Miete von 1200 €.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet, alle Geräte können mitbenutzt werden (außer dem PC). Besonders schön ist der elektrisch verstellbare Schreibtisch, der auch im Stehen genutzt werden kann. Ansonsten gibt es eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie einen Balkon mit Bank, Stühlen, Regal und Klapptisch.

Die Lage ist top zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Konstablerwache, der Berger Straße und vielen schönen Parks im Nordend. Supermarkt, Buchladen, Apotheke usw. sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Interesse bitte eine Nachricht mit Telefonnummer und ein paar Informationen über dich schreiben.

Da der Bürostuhl und der Schreibtisch für mich wertvoll sind, möchte ich bei Einzug eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 € verlangen, die ich zurückerstatten werde, sobald ich überprüft habe, dass diese Gegenstände und der Rest der Wohnung in unbeschädigtem Zustand sind.

Hello! Since I am abroad for work, I would like to sublet my apartment from the end of April until the early June. Electricity, gas, internet, etc. are all included in the monthly rent of €1000.

The apartment is fully furnished, and all appliances can be used (except the PC). Particularly nice is the electronically adjustable desk that can also be used while standing. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a lovely balcony with a bench, chairs, shelves, and a folding table.

The location is extremely central, in close proximity to Konstablerwache, Berger Straße, and many beautiful parks in Nordend. Supermarkets, bookstores, pharmacies, etc. are all within walking distance. If you're interested, please send a message with your phone number and a bit about yourself.

Since the office chair and desk are valuable to me, I would like to take a security deposit of €500 one week before move-in, which will be returned as soon as I have verified that these items and the rest of the apartment are in undamaged condition.
