Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts suche ich einen Zwischenmieter/in vom 01.08/01.09.23 bis zum 30.04.24 für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit separater Küche. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und verfügt über alles, was man im Alltag braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirr etc.). Sie liegt im 4.OG. Da die ersten drei Stockwerke zu einem Geschäft gehören, hat man lediglich ein nettes Pärchen als Nachbarn. Die Miete versteht sich warm inklusive Heizung, Wasser und Internet. Hinzu kommt noch Strom, sowie eine Reinigungskraft.
Besonders erwähnenswert sind:

- TV 55 Zoll (The Frame) mit Dolby Surroundanlage
- Hochwertige Dauerschläfer Schlafcouch von Innovation

Zentraler kann man in Frankfurt nicht wohnen. Parallel zur Fressgass, zwischen alter Oper und Hauptwache. Zur S und Ubahn Station sind es nur 3 min zu Fuß. Hier fahren S1-S6, S8 u. S9, sowie U1-U3, U6-U8 und man ist u.a in 3min mit der S-Bahn am Hbf.
Ebenfalls in direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Bäcker, sowie diverse Restaurants und Schnellimbisse. Ein Aldi und ein Rewe lassen sich in 10min zu Fuß erreichen.
