Hallo an Alle,
ich bin Dennis, 40 Jahre alt und wohne privat in Fulda. Ich arbeite während der Woche teilweise remote aus Fulda und teilweise vor Ort in Frankfurt im Büro (meist Di und Mi). Für die Tage vor Ort in Frankfurt suche ich eine Zweit-Wohnung in Frankfurt oder Umgebung (Offenbach, ... whatever). Bei mir wäre das aktuell die erste Hälfte der Arbeitswoche - das ist aber nicht in Stein gemeißelt und kann in Absprache geändert werden. Auch eine andere Kombination wie z.B. eine Woche ein paar Tage, die nächste Woche garnicht ist möglich.
Falls du ebenfalls auf der Suche nach einer Zweitwohnung in Frankfurt bist und nur einen Teil des Monats vor Ort bist und Interesse daran hast, eine Wohnung zu teilen, dann lass uns zusammen tun. Auch ein Einstieg in Deine bestehende Zweitwohnung ist für mich eine Option, ansonsten können wir eine Neugründung machen (Vorausgesetzt wir finden eine Wohnung ;) aber das wird schon).
Mir wäre wichtig, dass wir beide auf Sauberkeit achten und einen guten und netten Umgang miteinander haben. Oft werden wir uns dann wahrscheinlich garnicht sehen, aber wenn wir doch mal Gelegenheit auf ein gemeinsames Bier haben, dann total gerne.
