01.03.2017 für meine Wohnung (1 Zimmer ca. 42qm) in der Innenstadt. Sie liegt in einer Nebenstraße direkt an der Zeil (nähe Konstablerwache).
Das Haus ist von außen ein sehr schöner Altbau und von innen modern.
Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und hochwertig eingerichtet.
Es soll so viel Inventar mitverkauft werden, wie möglich. Von daher liegt die Abschlagzahlung bei 2900 Euro.
Die Wohnung hat ein helles loftartiges Zimmer mit offener Küche und offenem Flur zur Haustür. 2 große und 3 kleine Daubenfenster machen den Raum sehr hell.
Zudem gibt es ein großes Bad mit Badewanne.
