ich vermiete meine schöne City Wohnung unter. Vollmöbliert, zentral in der Frankfurter Innenstadt neben dem Metropolis Kino. Ab 15.4 (auch früher möglich) bis 30.06.2021 (gerne länger). Einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen!
Da die Wohnung in der Innenstadt liegt, ist alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einkaufsmeile Zeil liegt 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Zur Hauptwache sind es 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß, oder 1 Station mit der U-Bahn.
Der Römer und der Main Fluss ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Eschenheimer Tor mit U1/U2/U3 ist unmittelbar vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Eschersheimer Landstraße in einem relativ modernen Mehrfamilienhaus, nach hinten hin gelegen, dadurch keine störende Geräuschkulisse oder Lärmpegel.
Sonstiges:
Kaution i.H.v 500 EUR, die am Ende -sofern nichts in der Wohnung beschädigt wurde- selbstverständlich zurückgegeben wird. Ich freue mich über ruhige Zwischenmieter, da das gesamte Haus relativ ruhig ist. Geeignet für Alleinreisende, ruhige Paare, Geschäftsleute, Fortbildung, Schulung, Seminare, gerne ältere Interessenten.

My cozy apartment is located very central in the heart of downtown Frankfurt and to be sublet from 15/04/2021 (optionally earlier) until 30/06/2021 (optionally longer). Most attractions & main spots are within a short walking distance. Only 3-4 minutes to Hauptwache & main shopping mile area Zeil.The U-bahn trains stop right at Eschenheimer Tor which is situated right in front of my apartment. It’s 2 train stops to Willy Brandt Platz & to the city’s riverside, 10 min to the Frankfurt fair & 10 min to the airport. On the same block you‘ll find several supermarkets, restaurants & lovely coffee places.
Although the building is located right in the city, the apartment is backyard-faced, which is why it is quiet and shielded from any disturbing street and traffic noise.

* 990 EUR total monthly rent (incl. electricity, water, WiFi)
