Ich gebe meine gemütliche 1-Wohnung für den oben genannten Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man so für den Alltag benötigt. Allerdings gibt es keinen Ofen und keine Waschmaschine!! (Ein Waschsalon befindet sich jedoch 5 Minuten entfernt).
Ich werde den gesamten Stauraum freigeben, sodass du genug Platz für dein Zeug hast :)
Die Miete beträgt 650 € tutto completto, also inkl. Strom & W-Lan & GEZ.
Ich würde mit dir einen Untermietvertrag abschließen, allerdings bleibe ich in FFM gemeldet, sodass eine Anmeldung leider nicht möglich ist. Außerdem wäre es lieb, wenn du meine Post entgegennehmen könntest :)
Sofern die Vermietung zustimmt, kann die Wohnung ab dem 01.08.23 (ggf. auch früher) langfristig übernommen werden. Dafür müsstest du aber bereit sein die zumindest die Couch + Hocker, den weißen Schubladenschrank und evtl. das Bett gegen einen fairen Abschlag zu übernehmen. Ob eine Übernahme stattfinden kann, klärt sich erst voraussichtlich im Juni.

I'll leave Frankfurt for a short time so that my single apartment is available from June 1st. It is furnished but without an oven and a washing machine. (A washing salon is 5 minutes away).
I'll take all my stuff so that the whole storage is free for yours. :)
The rent is 650 per month incl. electricity & wifi & GEZ.
We both would sign a sublease contract. However, I will remain registered to the apartment which means that you can't register your residency here. It would also be necessary for you to check my mail. :)
Provided that the landlord agrees, the apartment can be taken over long-term from 01.08.23 (possibly earlier). For this, however, you would have to be willing to take over at least the couch + stool, the white drawer cabinet and possibly the bed for a fair discount. Whether a takeover can take place, clarifies itself only presumably in June.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sandweg, fast direkt gegenüber von der Sandbar. Eine Parallelstraße weiter befindet sich die Bergerstraße, die bekannt für ihre Bars, Restaurants & Geschäfte ist. Zum Main und zur Konstablerwache läuft man innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Die nächsten U-Bahnstationen sind Zoo (5 Minuten entfernt), Merianplatz (5 Minuten entfernt) 6 Ostendstraße (5-10 Minuten entfernt).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, da sie zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

The apartment is located in the Sandweg, almost opposite the Sandbar. A parallel street further is the Bergerstraße, which is known for its bars, restaurants & stores. To the Main and Konstablerwache you can walk within 15 minutes. The nearest subway stations are Zoo (5 minutes away), Merianplatz (5 minutes away) & Ostendstraße (5-10 minutes away).
The apartment is very quiet as it faces the backyard. It has an elevator.
Mir ist es egal, ob du Männchen, Weibchen oder divers bist. Hauptsache du bist ordentlich und gehst gut mit meinen Sachen um und die Kommunikation zwischen uns klappt gut.
