Von Haustieren ist aufgrund der Wohnfläche und Lage (1. OG) eher abzusehen.

The 1 room flat is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the immediate vicinity of Konstablerwache/ Zeil. A new tenant is being sought.
The flat is offered furnished. I.e. a double bed (as good as new < 1 year old), clothes rack, fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine (Siemens) and table are already available and would have to be taken over for 1400 €.
There is also an empty cellar compartment with a relatively large amount of space, which is available for bicycles, etc. Due to the living space and location (1st floor), pets are rather not allowed.
Only enquiries with full name/occupation/current address will be answered. Before viewing, a completed self-disclosure form and, in case of serious further interest, the last three salary slips or parental guarantee must be provided.
