Hi, I am looking for someone (students, interns, trainees) to take over my apartment in FLAG Campusmeile from 01.07. The apartment is on the 4-th floor with a courtyard view. So very quiet without any street noises.
Please note: You have to be a student enrolled in a university.
The rental contract is long-term and 1-year at least. Short term renting is not possible.
The apartments are fully furnished with a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic hotplates), integrated cupboard and shelves and a bathroom with toilet. Bed with mattress, a large table, two chairs, an armchair and microwave are also included. As well as the internet. (You have to pay 35 euros extra per month as the furniture fee. )
Information about the building:
Elevators, gym (included in the rental price), lounge, bicycle storage room, electric key systems, laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for a fee), underground parking spaces on request.
The apartment is located directly in front of the Bertramstrasse bus stop (M32) and is between the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek (U5) and Miquel Adickesallee (U1,2,3,8) U-bahn stations. So you can get to all parts of the city very quickly.
The location is perfect for Frankfurt School or Goethe University students.
Nearby you can find two Rewes and one DM.
