A fully furnished 15 sq.mt. neat apartment is available for two months through the summer. It is a very cozy apartment, perfect for a single person and can easily accommodate a friend visiting you over a weekend or so. Apart from being fully furnished it also has a small open kitchenette with a hot-plate, wash basin, microwave and fridge sand-which maker. The Furniture includes 1) A new twin Sofa-bed 2) 3-door wardrobe 3) Desk with chair 4) Floor lamp 5)Shelves 6) 3-pieces of additional storage 7) Drawers for crockery.
It is on the 5th Floor and unfortunately it has no lift. There is one WC and one Shower+WC shared among st other floor-mates. The Hausmiester keeps these clean at all times but of course it goes without saying that each one is responsible for cleaning up one's own mess. The floor is shared by students and professionals from very vivid backgrounds who are open to meet-ups if planned. Sadly there is No Wi-Fi but you can get a 5Gb internet pack for 15 Euros (I can help you with that). The room has a smoke detector and so do the lobbies hence a non-smoker shall find it easier to live here, the Hausmiester is really very strict about this. There is a possibility to park your bicycle in the parking lot.

4-mins from Tram stop (Friedberger Platz) for 12, 18 and Bus no. 30
8-mins from U-Bhan station for U4 (Hoehnenstrasse) & U5 (Musterschule)
15-mins walking to Zeil/Konstablwache (and all the many places it has).
6-mins to Berger Strasse which as all know is full of restaurants, cafes, pubs etc.
5-mins away from the Guenthersburpark.
En route to all these tram/U-bhan stations there is either a Netto or a REWE available till late evening.
Right below the house there is a nice park for a quick morning jog or an evening stroll.
The famous Kronberg bakery is just a stone's throw away.
A place for washing clothes is available around 4-5 mins away.
It is possible to rent the place for a +- 7 days of the mentioned period.
I am currently in Berlin and my keys are here with me. I will be coming to Frankfurt on the coming weekend (1st & 2nd August). I will clean the room but my some of my luggage (clothes, books) would continue to stay in a part of my huge wardrobe. The safety of this is also conditioned under the Kaution (Deposit) taken. I can only come there during the coming weekend so you must be able to pay the deposit and the rent of the first month on Saturday (August 1st) itself, ofcourse we shall discuss all other details on skype or phone before Saturday.
