Hi, ich habe ab Mitte April eine neue Wohnung die ich gern bis 30.06 Untervermietern möchte. Die Datum sind etwas flexible. Die Wohnung ist mit Küche erstattet (mit alles was man so braucht Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine, etc.) plus Tisch und Stühlen, ein Couch, Bett, Schrank, aber Mätresse müsstest du selber Besorgern, wenn du das nicht kannst kann ich vielleicht eins Besorgen. Es gibt ein kleines Balkon und ein Tiefgarage und Keller. Es gibt ein Aufzug. U-Bahn und supermarkets sind 1 min zum Fuß entfernt.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my new apartment from middle April to end of June but I’m flexible with the dates. The apartment has a kitchen with all you need, a couch , a Wardrobe, table and chairs and a bed but you’d have to bring your own mattress or maybe I can arrange one for you. There is a small balcony an elevator and a lot of Supermarkt and restaurants around and the subway is just around the corner. Let me know if you want to visit it or we can have a video call as well.
